As many of you know, we had to adjust our membership structure to make class booking fair for all members. We also adjusted the pricing to be more in line with our down south studios and reflect the true value of a yoga class session. Providing an amazing space like ours is costly and pricing needs to reflect the fact that we do deliver the best hot yoga experience you could ever ask for.
Here's the good news for those who want to practice more. Capacity limits are being lifted as of Feb 17th. As long as that happens, then we will be adjusting our membership levels to allow for more class passes. The gold level membership will have unlimited access to classes. The bronze and silver will have more available per week. The platinum membership will no longer be available. Anybody on a platinum will be moved to a gold.
Workshops
HANDSTANDS
Our handstand master, John Ahonen, will be delivering 2 amazing workshops in the coming weeks. We will be holding both a level 1 and a level 2 handstand workshop. These workshops will teach you how to get inverted safely and will give you the tools and drills necessary to build your core and improve your flow.
Handstands Level 1 is on Saturday Feb 26th at 1pm
Handstands Level 2 is on Saturday Mar 12th at 1pm.
Each workshop is $35 plus tax to attend.
BREATHWORK
We are proud to be holding this workshop once a month. Usually mid-month on a Sunday at 3pm. This session is unlike anything you have experienced before. It is an active breath session that flows into a deep meditation and release. The yoga community is raving about this practice all over the province.

RESTORATIVE YOGA BLISS
Still going strong, Kim is continuing to deliver this relaxing and healing yoga practice every month. A warm studio, candles, a bolster and maybe a warm blanket along with a great guided practice. Everything you need to enter a deep relaxed state and rejuvenate.
Last Wednesday of the month at 8pm. Cost is $20 + tax.
