About the Event
SUP yoga for Tweens is a delightful way to experience nature, have fun with friends and create a cool yoga practice. Great way to challenge your stabilizing and core muscles! This outdoor class is at The Sudbury Canoe Club and offers a 60min SUP Yoga class on Lake Ramsey. No SUP or Yoga experience necessary. Cost includes all necessary rental gear.
