Sound Bath

Sound Bath is designed to calm the body and mind. It is a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and body aiming to help people relax, let go of stress and anxiety. Linda starts out using seven crystal chakra bowls which are used to awaken and align which ever chakra is out of balance. Then throughout her practice, she incorporates her flower of life gong, an ocean drum and koshi wind chimes. All of the sounds create a complete immersive experience.
