Mom Fit

MOM FIT is back!! Lexi is back with her signature MOM FIT class for moms and babies.  This 1 hour class will be held here at PYC at 10am on Thursdays!  All classes are pre & postnatal safe and deigned with the mom in mind.  I keep workouts short and sweet with lots of wiggle room to hang out, chat, stretch, feed the baby, and talk about women’s health issues.  You will need a yoga mat, water bottle and anything your baby will need for the duration of the class (snacks, toys, blankets etc) First class starts October 28th!!
