This 75 minute, slow moving vinyasa flow will be guided by 3 teachers, all bringing their unique voice and way of being to your experience on your mat.
Francine Taillefer will honour our French speaking community, offering a weaving-in of French Language throughout the class.
Dana Monzon and Kimberly Barr will support you with English Language guidance.
Deepflow yoga, allows you to slow down, go inward and to move your body from intuition. Music will be played throughout the class to support you while holding your poses.
This at home class is suitable for beginners.
