Whether you are looking to be able to touch your toes again, need to build focus and quiet your mind, or are looking to level up your life, then this program is for you! Yoga is for everybody and our studio is a very welcoming place full of like-minded people. Your journey in this program includes a workshop that teaches you how to do all of the yoga poses you will find in our classes. You will have 4 weeks of unlimited yoga classes to learn and build your practice.
