Overview
Be Kind to Your Mind is a 21-day meditation, yoga, and journaling experience
presented by Power Yoga Canada, with all proceeds benefiting CAMH’s
womenmindTM initiative. From September 10th to September 30th, 2025
participants will engage in daily practices designed to prioritize mental
well-being and cultivate inner peace.
