November Newsletter

How are ya now?

Things in the world are starting to get back to a more normal state and we are super excited to welcome you all back to the studio! We have been open full time since July and are continuing to provide the best hot yoga experience and community connection. There is no time better than now to get back to taking care of yourself through exercise, meditation, self-inquiry and good food habits. We have a few changes and upcoming events in the newsletter below. Please check out our website at pycsudbury.com for more details and reach out if you want to connect, re-connect or have questions. See you on your mat soon!

Sweat Crawl

The Sweat Crawl will bring together fitness lovers for a unique afternoon where they will experience 3 different classes at local wellness businesses (Power Yoga Canada, Orange Theory Fitness & Apex Warrior Fitness). A great opportunity for you to support locally owned businesses hardest hit by the pandemic and experience their offerings first hand!

You will be assigned a starting location. After each class has completed, you will proceed to your next assigned location. All participants will be able to attend 3 classes and will all meet up at La Fromagerie for some food and drinks and to celebrate! There will be competitions at each of the fitness locations with awards handed out at the end of the day.

Sign up before Nov 14th to make sure you get your crawl kit!

When: Saturday Nov 20th, starting at 11:30am, ending by 5pm.

Capacity limits

Under the provincial re-opening plan, capacity limits have been lifted for fitness studios. We love having our clients flowing together in harmony but understand that not everyone is ready to be super close just yet. We have increased our capacity in the studio but not yet all the way back to full. Just enough to let everyone come in with limited wait-list classes.

As a reminder, we also have a non-heated space available for classes and you also have the option of booking group private classes for you and your family/friends.

New Products

Specials

Black Friday

For one day only, Friday Nov 26th, we will be selling a 3 month Bronze membership at a special rate of $270+tax. This works out to $90/month and a savings of $30.

Gift Cards

Give the gift of yoga this holiday season! Instead of fighting the lines and crowds and getting your loved one something that they probably don't need, get them a PYC gift card! You can purchase this in any dollar amount and they can redeem it like cash for classes or product here in studio. There are links for 10 and 20 class passes on the pycsudbury.com website that you can also gift to someone. For a gift card where you set the amount, follow this link.

Holiday Team Yoga Class

Are you looking for ideas to get your team out for a fun activity? Looking to promote wellness and mental health at your organization? Then connect with us and book a private group yoga class! We will work with you to book a day and time that works best for your group and will guide them through a fun class suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis. Special holiday rate of $100 per class.

Thinking of selling?

As many of you know, Grant is a real estate agent with Royal LePage. There are many agents in Sudbury that are wanting to sell your home. Choosing the right one can be a challenge as they are definitely not all the same. Some are more focused on themselves rather than your best interests, some are too inexperienced and others will treat you like a number.

If you want to work with someone who dedicates himself to helping people live a better life, is an amazing real estate partner and will always be there for you, then give Grant a call.
