About the Event
SUP yoga is a delightful way to experience nature and invigorate your yoga practice. Great way to challenge your stabilizing and core muscles! This outdoor class is at The Sudbury Canoe Club and offers a 60min SUP Yoga class on Lake Ramsey. No SUP or Yoga experience necessary. Cost includes all necessary rental gear.
Sudbury Canoe Club members and participants with their own SUP board can take $20 off the cost of the workshop.
