About the Event
Join Kim for this deeply relaxing and healing yoga practice. The environment will be set to calm your central nervous system, with dim lighting, warm studio and candles flickering.
Through this 75min class, you will still your busy mind and support your body into relaxation.
This workshop will be offered on the last Sunday of every month. Focus will shift from month to month according to the seasons of change. Specialty moments may include; Reiki, Meditation, Pendulum, Tarot Card Readings, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Sound Therapy and Other Creative outlets.
Suitable for all levels; no previous yoga experience required.
