About the Event
Renew You, a mix of all your favourites; Power, Deepflow and Restorative yoga. Empower yourself, access resilience and reflect on your reactions, all of these things the people of Ukraine are currently doing! This is a 90min class. A donation container will be out at registration, all funds will be donated to Sudbury's Saint Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church to show our support of peace for this nation.
