Whether you are looking to be able to touch your toes again, need to build focus and quiet your mind, or are looking to level up your life, then this program is for you! Yoga is for everybody and our studio is a very welcoming place full of like-minded people. Your journey in this program includes a workshop that teaches you how to do all of the yoga poses you will find in our classes. You will have 4 weeks of unlimited yoga classes to learn and build your practice. To keep you going, you and your small group will be led through daily guided meditations, introspective journalling and suggestions for healthy eating with weekly check-in meetings to track your progress. To reinforce your learning, your coach will assist you one-on-one during a class to help you with form, alignment and ensure you feel supported. To compliment your practice, you will have 10 Cocoon Fitness Pod passes - a great way to relax after a busy day, a perfect spot to clear your mind or even turn up the heat and enjoy the sauna.
