Inner Child Healing Workshop

A self-discovery program designed to assist in exploration of unresolved issues from childhood. The concept of the "inner child" refers to the emotional and psychological aspects of oneself that are linked to childhood experiences, memories, and emotions. Inner child work aims to heal and nurture these aspects to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.

Includes somatic exercises that involve guided body scans, gentle movement, and breathwork to help connect with and release tension stored in the body.

Journalling as an introspective exercise to explore and understand the patterns and beliefs formed during childhood. Introduce cognitive reframing techniques to help shift negative thought patterns.

Energy healing with Reiki, includes guided meditation focusing on connection with the inner child, healing past wounds, and fostering self-compassion. Add in the healing sounds of drum, crystal bowl, and tuning fork.

Participants are taught tapping techniques (EFT) as a self-help tool for emotional release.

This is a holistic approach, highlighting the integration of physical, emotional, mental, and energetic healing. Everyone is encouraged to explore and adopt the practices that resonate most with them for ongoing self-care.
