About the Event
Turn your world upside down with John Ahonen!
That's right...HANDSTANDS! They can help improve circulation, calm the brain, elevate your mood and confront fear! You will safely learn the poses to get you there, help build core and upper body strength and it will be exhilarating! Come and play!
John will lead you through a series of warm ups, drills and leave you with some homework to do to build your core and confidence for level 2.
Beginner to ninja! Warm studio.
