Community Day Hike: Lake Laurentian

Step off the beaten path and into the heart of nature with us. This isn’t just a hike—it’s a day to move, connect, and reset.

We’ll walk together at a mindful pace, letting conversation flow as easily as the trail beneath our feet. Surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors, we’ll share fresh air, fresh perspectives, and quiet moments of reflection.

Expect scenic views, spontaneous laughs, and plenty of time to soak it all in. We’ll pause to stretch, swim (if you're called), and snack along the way. Somewhere peaceful, we’ll roll out mats or sit on the earth for a grounding yoga flow or a moment of stillness—a moving meditation to root back into ourselves and the season.
