Using the chakra system as our energetic map, we’ll move through guided meditation, mindful observation, and creative expression to connect more deeply with our emotional and spiritual landscape.

Group discussion on the symbolism of colour, its emotional and psychological effects, and how colour relates to the 7 chakras
