A meditation, yoga and journaling experience for 21 days presented by Power Yoga Canada with all proceeds to CAMH's womenmind

We begin on November 10th and are beyond excited to invite you to join us on an extraordinary journey toward mental well-being and happiness – all while making a difference in the world of women's mental health!

Power Yoga Canada is proud to have created "Be Kind to Your Mind," a transformative 21 day program that not only prioritizes your mental well-being but also contributes to CAMH's womenmind™ initiative, supporting female scientists in their groundbreaking research. Did you know that less than 1% of all mental health research is directed toward women's health?

Our "Be Kind to Your Mind" program kicks off on Friday, November 10th and runs until Friday, December 1st, and is perfect for everyone, whether you're new to meditation, journaling, and yoga, or already have an established practice.


Here's what you can look forward to:

 21 days of powerful mindfulness practices

 Explore the life-changing benefits of meditation, journaling, and yoga

 Gain insights and inspiration for a healthier, happier you

 Connect with a supportive and like-minded community

We are very excited to conclude our 21 day journey with an in-studio yoga class at Power Yoga Canada Oakville (485 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON) on Saturday, December 2nd at 12:30 pm EST.

 Daily guided meditations

 Daily journal prompts to give you mindfulness practices to be kind to your mind

 Unlimited access to 100's of on-demand yoga classes

 Live in-studio class on Saturday, December 2nd at 12:30 pm EST at PYC Oakville (for those unable to attend we will also live-stream this class via Zoom)
