Expand your understanding of the body and yoga poses through hands on assists. The power of touch can awaken, empower, and heal the body and spirit. The tools you will learn in this weekend intensive are practical and can be applied immediately into your practice. This workshop is for yogis looking to deepen an understanding of the yoga asana's and for those looking to gain the knowledge to assist in a PYC class.
