About the Event
The program is a combination of asana, meditation, and self-inquiry. You can expect to be engaged from day one in experiential learning through practice teaching, partner work, and group discussions. You will be engaged with a cohort of like-minded individuals for the duration of the program.
This program has been built specifically to allow you to teach here at our Sudbury PYC location. Â It will equip you with the tools, knowledge and confidence to successfully teach students in our studio. Â
