About the Event
The program is a combination of asana, meditation, and self-inquiry. You can expect to be engaged from day one in experiential learning through practice teaching, partner work, and group discussions. You will be engaged with a cohort of like-minded individuals for the duration of the program.
This program has been built specifically to allow you to teach here at our Sudbury PYC location. It will equip you with the tools, knowledge and confidence to successfully teach students in our studio.
