This program is about getting really simple and taking the next 30 Days to Level Up your life. They say it takes 30 Days to create a habit and our program is designed around three simple principles: Be - 5 Minutes of Meditation Move - Move your body every day. In studio, or at home. Get sweaty. Fuel - Fuel your body. We provide some simple food guidelines, but it’s about getting real about what you need to do to feel good. From food to social media - it’s about picking what’s best for you. Success is a daily practice and this program has a daily structure. Every morning, participants will receive an email with a 5 minute guided meditation with Kinndli and inquiry questions about the day’s theme.
